Ano ang mga rason kung bakit tayo nag-aantanda o sign of the cross?

1.      . Ang pag sign of the cross ay pagkakilanlan natin bilang mga disipulo ni Cristo
<Mateo 28:19>

2.    .   Naniniwala tayo na ito ay makapangyarihan <1corinto1:18>

3.       Sinusunod natin si San Pablo Apostol na nag mamamalaki sa Krus ni Cristo
<Galacia 6:14>

4.       Ginagawa natin ang sign of the Cross para bigyan ng kaluwalhatian ang Diyos
<1Cotrinto10:31>

Tanong : Mababasa ba sa bible ang “Sign of the cross”?
Sagot    : Kung ang pagbabasa po ng bible ay hindi naka batay lang sa translation ay makikita po natin ang katotohanan na may “sign of the Cross” sa bible.

 Ito po ang pahayag sa Ezekiel 9:4 
And the Lord said to him: Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and mark Thau upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and mourn for all the abominations that are committed in the midst thereof.

SA Ezekiel 9:4 klaro po na nakasulat po diyan sa Hebrew ang “Tau”/Thau, na ang kahulogan ay , Mark,Sign,Signal. At ang Tau/Thau po na ito sa ancient Hebrew ay hugis + Cross po. Kaya kung gagamitan po natin ng lohika ang Ezekiel 9:4 ay makikita po natin ang “Mark of the Cross” or “Sign of the Cross” na nilagay sa noo.

  If we are about to ask this question “What is your purpose of existence?” maybe some will say; “To give shelter, food, education to my family (if he’s a husband), or some will say; to be a good child.
